Jacquelyn S. Stewart is in an associate with Piliero, Mazza and Pargament, PLLC, where she practices in the areas of government contracts, general corporate matters, software licensing, and employment law.
Prior to joining Piliero, Mazza and Pargament, PLLC, Ms. Stewart was general counsel to several Virginia based software development, consulting and internet companies. As general counsel, she advised corporate officers regarding employment issues and was responsible for all contractual matters, including the negotiation of software license agreements with major telecommunications companies.
In 1999, Ms. Stewart graduated from Stetson University College of Law, where she served as a Senior Associate member of the Stetson Law Review. In addition, Ms. Stewart interned with Chief Judge Elizabeth Kovachevich of the Middle District of Florida.
Ms. Stewart is admitted to practice law in Virginia, Florida, and the District of Columbia.
