Jenna Seeley is an associate with Piliero, Mazza & Pargament, PLLC, where she practices in the areas of corporate law, government contracts, employment law, and tax-exempt law.
Prior to joining Piliero, Mazza & Pargament, PLLC, Ms. Seeley was an associate with the law firm of King & Spalding in Washington, D.C. There, Ms. Seeley represented large companies on matters pertaining to corporate law and taxation and she advised non-profit organizations on the process of applying for tax-exempt status. Ms. Seeley published several articles in the JOURNAL OF REAL ESTATE TAXATION and facilitated mergers and acquisitions for companies from a range of industries.
In 1998, Ms. Seeley graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as a Student Executive Editor of THE TAX LAWYER and studied the potential impact of international trade negotiations on state tax policies as a clinical student in the Harrison Institute for Public Law. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh, where she majored in Politics, Philosophy, and Russian. Ms. Seeley traveled around the world in 1992 on Semester at Sea's S.S. Universe and is currently a member of the New York and District of Columbia bars.
