Jeremy D. Alper is an associate with Piliero, Mazza & Pargament, PLLC, where he practices in the areas of litigation, employment law, corporate law, government contracts, and government relations.
Prior to joining Piliero, Mazza & Pargament, PLLC, Mr. Alper was a law clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Morin in the Superior Court for the District of Columbia and a Legislative Correspondent/Assistant for Representative Barney Frank in the U.S. House of Representatives.
In 2002, Mr. Alper graduated from New York University School of Law, where he served as a Student Articles Development Editor and Staff Editor on the Review of Law and Social Change. He graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Brown University in 1995, where he concentrated in Political Science. Mr. Alper is currently a member of the California and District of Columbia bars.
