Pamela J. Mazza, a senior partner with the firm of Piliero, Mazza & Pargament, PLLC, practices in the areas of corporate counseling, government contracts, government relations and Native American law. She represents commercial companies, government contractors, trade associations, Indian tribes, Alaska Native Corporations and related entities. Her clients engage in various industries throughout the United States including e-commerce, information technology, manufacturing, restaurants, casinos, convenience stores and gas stations, base operations, telecommunications, construction, security services, transportation and environmental services.

Within her government contracts practice, Ms. Mazza advises on all aspects of government contracting with a specialty in issues pertaining to small and small and disadvantaged businesses. She represents tribes and ANCs on a variety of issues pertaining to sovereignty, economic development, land issues, housing and establishing tribal enterprises and subsidiaries to participate in commercial business and government contracts. She counsels clients on a variety of corporate issues including corporate formation and restructuring, shareholder agreements, trade secrets protection. Ms. Mazza has represented trade associations, coalitions and corporations before Congress and the Administration.

Ms. Mazza is a frequent speaker and panelist on various aspects of federal contracting, small business and corporate issues. She is an editor of the publication Set-Aside Alert and the firm’s newsletters Legal Advisor and Tribal Advocate and a guest columnist for the Government Contracts Report.

Ms. Mazza is a member of the United States Small Business Administration’s Washington District Office Advisory Council, the Contract Services Association of America where she sits on the Committees on Procurement and Education, the Greater Washington Board of Trade and the American Society of Association Executives. Ms. Mazza is also on the Small Business Administration's Regulatory Fairness Board for Region III.

Ms. Mazza received her Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University National Law Center in 1984. She graduated with honors from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1980.

Ms. Mazza is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Virginia and before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and various other federal courts. She also practices before the General Accounting Office and the agency Boards of Contract Appeals.
