Philip M. Dearborn is a partner with Piliero, Mazza and Pargament, PLLC. Mr. Dearborn’s practice includes all aspects of government contracts, employment law, and Native American issues. In addition, Mr. Dearborn advises clients on contract matters and has extensive litigation experience in federal and state courts, as well as before the General Accounting Office and agency Boards of Contract Appeals. He also has substantial background in commercial real estate and advises clients on leasing and real estate acquisition matters. Mr. Dearborn represents government contractors, trade associations, hospitals, Native American tribes and commercial businesses in a wide variety of industries.

Mr. Dearborn is a frequent contributor to the firm’s Legal Advisor and Tribal Advocate publications. He has written articles on a wide variety of topics, including legislative and regulatory changes to government contracting laws, Supreme Court employment law decisions, leasing issues and the jurisdiction of Tribal courts. Mr. Dearborn gives seminars on the Fair Labor Standards Act, Federal Supply Schedule Program and commercial office leasing.

Mr. Dearborn received his law degree from the College of William and Mary and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Davis and Elkins College. He is a member of the District of Columbia and Virginia Bars.
